All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During sales, launches, or busy periods, processing times may take a little longer—but we promise your order is being carefully prepared.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way or ready for pick-up.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Please note that shipping times are estimated and may vary due to carrier delays, which are outside of our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Any promotions or discounts will automatically apply at checkout.

Tracking Information
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to show.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Classy Clusters is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Classy Clusters cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Local Pick-Up Protocol
We’re happy to offer local pick-up for select orders 😊 Please keep the following in mind:
• Pick-up orders are typically ready within 2–5 business days
• You’ll receive a message/email once your order is ready
• Same-day pick-ups are not available unless approved in advance
• Pick-up details (location & time) will be shared after confirmation
⏰ Pick-Up Window
Orders must be picked up within 48 hours of notification. If an order is not picked up within this time and no communication is made, it may be canceled or returned to inventory.
🚫 Missed Pick-Ups
If you’re unable to make your scheduled pick-up time, please let us know ahead of time. Repeated no-shows without communication may result in loss of pick-up eligibility.
